In all essential beliefs – we have unity. In non-essential beliefs – we have liberty. In all our beliefs – we show love.

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe.
God has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are equal and are one God, and that the world exists because God created it.

God the Father
We believe God the Father is an infinite, personal being, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love, who lovingly concerns Himself in the affairs of women and men, that He hears and answers prayer, and that His deepest desire is to live in an intimate relationship with all people.

God the Son
We believe that because of His desire to live in relationship with us, God expressed himself uniquely in His Son Jesus, who was born of a virgin, lived, taught, did mighty works, died as an atonement for our sin, and rose from the dead, conquering sin and death making it possible for all people to live in a relationship with God. Through Him and Him alone can people enter into a relationship with God. We believe Jesus is our master and teacher and savior and friend, and now reigns forever with the Father and the Holy Spirit, is presently interceding perpetually for His people, and that one day He will return, personally and visibly, to earth to establish His eternal kingdom.

God the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is God’s presence among us, that He came from the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, to regenerate, sanctify, guide, and empower all who believe in Jesus Christ; that He gives gifts to every believer to enable him or her to share in the ministry of God’s purposes in the world.

The Bible
We believe God has revealed the truth about Himself in the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, which are our unique and authoritative guides in faith and action.

People
We believe all human beings have dignity because they were created by God in His own image, and great worth because they are valued by God beyond our ability to measure.

Sin
We believe this world also has pain and suffering because human beings have fallen and sinned, and are estranged from God, from each other, from ourselves, and from creation.

God’s Redemptive Plan
We believe God does not intend for sin and suffering to get the last word, but that He is at work through the power of the cross, the Holy Spirit, and His new community called the Church to redeem and reconcile what has been broken and divided through sin and to make it whole again.

The Church
We believe the Church is the community through which God wants to bring love, healing, and growth to the human race, to which He invites everyone who is willing to follow Jesus to join.

The Lord’s Supper and Baptism
We believe the Lord Jesus Christ has commissioned two ordinances to the local church: Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We believe Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water into the name of the triune God and that through baptism we identify ourselves with the death and resurrection of Jesus. We believe that the Lord’s Supper was instituted by Jesus to both remind us of His atoning death and to serve as a proclamation of what Christ’s death has accomplished. We believe that these two ordinances should be observed and administered until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Eternity
We live in hope because one day Jesus will return to earth, love and justice will prevail, and God will set the world right, making all things new.
